Vinessa Vidotto Gets Cast On Lucifer To Play Amenadiel’s Angel Sister

Vinessa Vidotto has been added to the cast of Lucifer for Season 4, she will play the role of Remiel.

The role description calls Remiel a “classic little-sister” character who admires her eldest brother, the mighty Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside), but also feels under-appreciated or overshadowed while struggling to match his towering standards. Remiel idolizes her big brother but dealing with the self-righteous alpha-dog of angels isn’t always easy

Lucifer stars Tom Ellis as the titular fallen angel, who helps solve crimes as a consultant for the LAPD. It was canceled by Fox in May following a three-season run, but after a major outpouring of support from fans, Netflix stepped in to resurrect the series, ordering a 10-episode fourth season that’s expected to debut sometime next year.

Vinessa Vidotto graduated from the University of Arizona with an acting BFA just this year and moved to Los Angeles. Less than a month later she landed Lucifer, her first professional credit.
