Are you a registered model of NFH?

Ans:- Yes I am, I'm also the Deputy Lagos coordinator.

Can you tell us about NFH?

Ans:- Naija Fashion Homes is not a modelling agency like many think. NFH is a registered company, with 3 major departments, modelling, fashion and photography. The company is just 2 years, but within that short period we have been able to expand to more than 25 states in Nigeria, and we are going international, as we would soon kick off in the US. We have also been able to organise a boot camp, several photoshoots for our models, and catwalk trainings. And we have not even started anything  yet as we are preparing for our gala night in August with a fashion exhibition and pageant.

How did you get to know about NFH(naija fashion home)?

Ans:- I got to know about it through social media, then I had a chat with the CEO and I saw his passion and drive, then I decide to not only register but work with him.

How long have you being part of NFH?

Ans:- 6-7 months.

When did NFH come into existence?

Ans:- It became a registered company on the 16th of November 2016

What role are you playing In the company(NFH)?

Ans:- To be able to supervise things well, the CEO appointed state coordinators and deputies to handle each state in Nigeria 
As a deputy coordinator, I work with the coordinator in organizing things in Lagos. I head the Unilag monthly shoot, I assist in the catwalk trainings, sharing ideas and other run arounds for the company.

Do you think NFH has what it takes to be a dominant force in the fashion industry?

Ans:- Yes we have what it takes judging from what we have achieved so far in such a short period. 
Besides the company is lucky to have a strong force, someone with lots of drive, passion and commitment, that is our CEO, Mr. Maro, and we also have committed members. And the vision of the company is something new, we are coming, and I know the world is waiting for NFH.

Where Do you See NFH in the next 2years?

Ans:- As a brand to be reckoned with. A brand other big brands want to partner with. A shop-for-all-things-fashion, be it photography, modelling, etc. An international bandwidth our models walking the international runway, our photographers and makeup artists working with international brands. Consulting for brands in the fashion industry.

Ans:- Yes I am, and am part of the planning committee.

What are your plans concerning the NFH Anniversary Gala Night?

Ans:- We have massive plans.
Being our first major invent we are not leaving any stone unturned. 
We just concluded a media partnership with Wazobia TV and others are still on the way.
It's going to be a 2 days event
One day for the fashion runway and exhibition and the second day for the pageant and awards

Are you one of the contesting models?

Ans:- No, I intend to handle the backstage and all its drama and Logistics.

Over Your Time spent with NFH, how have You being impacted?

Ans:- I have been impacted a lot, I learnt what it really means to be a leader and manage people especially the female gender which can be a little tough sometimes 😂, but I have learnt to be patient, strict, friendly and accommodating. And I have started to build up my portfolio, not just as a model but also a fashion enthusiast. And have also been able to meet new people even you😌.

Apart from being the biggest fashion company in the future, what other plans do NFH have?

Ans:- NFH as a company does not only promote fashion we also promote entrepreneurship 
We have plans to train our models in entrepreneurship, something they can also do and call theirs
And within the company we have 14 departments

-marketing/sales dept

NFH models are also regarded as staffs n co-builders of d company..most of d NFH models will be upgraded to head or serve in any of NFH Departments.

Lastly, What is your advice for the new recruits who seeks to join NFH?

Ans:- My advice for them is to see NFH as a growing brand that is here to help manage their careers and promote them across international boarders. They shouldn't be in a haste, but be patient, committed and ready to go the extra mile. thanks
